Our Programes
Education Program
Education in the regions of Kigoma, Tabora, and Katavi faces significant challenges that hinder the development of children and young adults. These challenges include inadequate infrastructure, shortage of qualified teachers, and limited access to vocational training. As a result, many children, especially girls, drop out of school early, while others have limited opportunities for skills development. Addressing these issues is crucial for the socio-economic development of these regions.
Healthcare Program
In rural areas of Kigoma, Katavi and Tabora, access to healthcare is severely limited. Many residents have to travel upwards of 50 km to reach the nearest healthcare provider, which is particularly challenging for women requiring maternal health services.
Governance & Accountability

According to recent data, the representation of women in local government councils remains below 30% and the participation of people with disabilities in political activities is even lower. Elections are considered to be important vehicles for promoting democratic processes worldwide. They have become universal given the number of countries that hold what can be considered elections. However, in many countries issues related to electoral fraud and irregularities are on the rise and hence democracy is considered to be on the retreat. When it comes to inclusion of women, youth and people with disability they find themselves in a disadvantageous position. They face obstacles which h
