Current
Situation
Primary school enrollment rate is approximately
80%, but completion rates are much lower due to high dropout rates. Secondary
school infrastructure is inadequate, with a severe shortage of classrooms and
educational materials due to that many students unable to continue their
education beyond primary school. There is a significant gap in vocational
training opportunities for youth, which limits their employability. There are high
dropout rates, particularly among girls who face cultural and economic
pressures to leave school early. Vocational training centers are scarce, and
existing facilities often lack the necessary equipment and qualified
instructors as a result it creates skills gap in the local labor market.
